§1) Booking, contract, client choice
The booking of Rebel-Management-Training®, hereinafter referred to as consulting firm, must be confirmed in writing (contract). If no written order confirmation has been received, then it is up to the consulting company to give preference to another client or to accept that the customer acts congruently. After written order confirmation a withdrawal from both sides is possible only by the presence of force majeure or other extraordinary reasons. The consulting company has the freedom to reject clients.

§2) order cancellation and cancellation, date shift
If the client does not cancel at least 2 working days (for multi-day events 2 weeks) before the date confirmed in writing, without the presence of extraordinary reasons or force majeure, the consulting company is entitled to demand an expense allowance of 40%. An expense allowance is waived if it is a transfer of the appointment.

Should an employee of Rebel-Management-Training® be prevented from fulfilling his / her duties towards the client due to illness or the existence of force majeure, the consulting firm undertakes to designate as soon as possible a person suitable for the task and to: To send clients. If the client insists on the execution of the order by a special employee, the consulting firm undertakes to fulfill the obligations as quickly as possible. The client can not claim damages if the employee was prevented from executing his / her order due to extraordinary reasons (illness, accident) or force majeure and can prove this (sick leave, etc.)

Concepts, ways of working and handouts are copyrighted by Rebel-Management-Training®. The consulting firm and its employees are free at all times to use the company logo on presentations, documents and handouts. Logo, as well as the slogan profile show is subject to the copyright of Rebel-Management-Training. The intellectual property, concepts and strategy development by Rebel-Management-Training® are copyrighted and may be used and implemented only with consent. §5) concept creation
A drafting of a written order confirmation is only free of charge if it results in a follow-up order for which the consulting firm is booked at least in the time frame and the financial Lukrativität that corresponds to the effort of the concept creation. A drafting of a written order confirmation without the resulting order is subject to a charge. The amount of the costs are at the discretion of the consulting firm and are based on the amount of time and the resulting concept. If a follow-up order is made by the concept drawn up by Rebel Management Training and the consulting company has agreed in advance to reuse the concept in writing, participation costs of 20% are to be transferred to Rebel Management Training®.

§6) fee
The usual consulting fee for Rebel-Management-Training® consists of daily or (with individual coaching) hourly rate as well as travel / flight costs and expenses (for example: taxi, transfer by air, hotel accommodation, etc.). Additional material, if not agreed otherwise with the client, is to be charged additionally.
